It becomes our hopes and dreams for a better tomorrow — not only for ourselves but for people who truly deserve more blessings in their lives. We hold ourselves accountable to do more every day, and if we pour our heart, soul, sweat, and tears into it long enough, God willing, others will be inspired to adopt that same mission. It becomes a shared mindset we can teach to our children, family, neighbors, and community. And that’s when meaningful change happens.
At Mission Moms, our mission is twofold: positively impact the lives of deserving families and children in our own backyard who continue to face challenging circumstances, and serve alongside extraordinary people dedicated to teaching the servant’s heart. The more we serve and act upon the kindness of heroes around us, the more likely we are to create a better world and better humans. Mission Moms has tirelessly served thousands of families since 2011 through various annual missions. From the excited look on a family’s face when volunteers show up with meals to the happy tears of a child receiving a new backpack and the full-circle moments of those same kids lining up to serve alongside us, it’s all about making an extraordinary impact in the lives of real people.
